Biodynamic compost

Compost pile include cow manure, pig manure from local farms, pruning wood, grape stems and straw and we add different biodynamic preparation 502 (Yarrow), 503 (Chamomile), 504 (Stinging nettle), 505(Oak bark), 506 (Dandelion), 507 (Valerian), 508 (Equisetum). We integrate the preparations in the pile and let them do their natural job for few months and then apply in the vineyard.
